This is a great YA story. Quick read with excellent characters and a really cool magic system. These teens take their new powers in stride with little surprise or push back from each other. I loved their interaction and relationships with each other. I did feel the ending was a bit rushed and definitely could have been led up to a bit better. Overall, I recommend this book if you're looking for a quick read. There is some kissing and a girl gets roofied (no gory details and she's saved before anything happens to her), but it's clean other than that.
