This book is a real page turner. It is easy to read and the author did a fabulous job of world building. From the beginning, I found myself rooting for the MC Rayah, hoping for a good outcome for her. All the characters are fascinating and somewhat mysterious, with a true mystery surrounding Rayah and what her abilities are. I feel that this story is very unique and unpredictable. I was sad when the book ended on a cliffhanger. I can't wait to read what happens in the next book.
